Further to the article entitled ‘Establishing Lines of Communication’ (J Comm Eye Health 2002; 15: 7) which mentions a lack of literature in Sinhala and Tamil on eye conditions, apologies must be made to the Sri Lanka Eye Foundation (SLEF) who have produced booklets in English, Sinhala and Tamil entitled ‘Know Your Eyes’ and ‘Ophthalmology Without Tears: A Problem Solving Manual’.
